BILL OF RIGHTS

As a Pooch Pass holder and patron of the Middle Island Dog Park you have Rights to ensure that your use of the park is safe and enjoyable.
These Rights are as follows;

1) You have the right to ask any dog owner to control their dog if you feel their dog is acting      aggressive or dominant towards you or your dog.
2) You have the right to tell anyone that their dog has defecated in the park and it needs to be      cleaned up.
3) You have the right to inform anyone that they are violating any of the park rules which they      agreed to upon receiving their pooch pass.
4) You have the right to ask for anyone's pooch pass number if their dog has attacked you or      your dog.
5) You have the right to call for assistance from the park attendant, public safety, or 911 if you      believe you or your dog's safety has been jeopardized.
